if i block someone, can they tell?

i assume it would just appear as if i wasnt online. if they try to send me an im, it wouldnt say "you're blocked" or owt?
can anyone clarify?

You just always appear offline to them, so they can't send you a message or anything :)

they will however see if lhey log on with another accound and you add them not knowing who they are :) (dont fall into the same trap i did :shake: )

Just tried the blocked checker doesn't seem to work :(

the block checker only works if the person is online

ie if person a blocks b, person b can see if person a are online but not appears to be online to them.

doa search on "triople msn block check" and you'll get loads of sites which do it. many only have it up for a while though - cos thier servers get hammered with request for it!
