should i get a KAPPA 12" + box for £100 or a PERFECT 12" + box for £125. my gut says the perfect. perfect is in a 1.0 cu box, kappa mearly says custom made and these sizes: 51cm (W) x 41cm (H) x 33cm (D at base)

I'd go for the Perfect if I was you mate - its only £25 more and from what i've heard of them, they are pretty decent subs!

Both are good options but without knowing the size of each box and the amp that is going to drive it, along with the type of bass you are looking for and the type of music that you listen too, it is hard to say which way to go.

i REALLY rate perfects as competent all rounders - the only kappas i heard predate the current ones - however i would say for the cost of a good night out on wifebeater the perfect would be the way i go!!

I used to have some Perfect 6.1's and an old Kappa KCS100BR sub in my Mini and was very impressed with them! Really full sound and quite tight punchy bass, even in the sloppily built box I had.

The Kappa sub was really good for the price even though it was quite old. Any chance you could PM me where you are getting the infinity's from? I might be interested in a perfect 10 for myself :D

ill either be using a 1 cu box, and a (bridged?) Rockford Fosgate: Punch 501X (£200) amp. mainly listen to rock, some rap.
personally, im feeling the perfect still
