wanting to try alpine this time for my new install ive purchased the d900r and was wondering if you can hook up the h700 to it....also only having a din and a half slot in the ford mondeo st200 i was wondering if theres any way to roof mount just the fascia from the h700 and leave all the brains in the rear so to speak

I think you might be able to, it's that or the 1004R I think?

The D900 can control the H700 without the front panel, yes. However it is easier using the panel.

thanx for the reply.....would you know if theres a way of using the h700 fascia via an extended cable that way i can fit it in the roof and leave the rest in the boot

It comes with a 5m cable in the box tooley :)
