As above, anyone used this before and if so any recommendations? there seem to be alot of makes out there with prices varying alot, whats the main difference?

I know a customer of mine is using (I think) Autoroute '03 on his laptop and using a Road Angel as the GPS antenna. So he has the best of both worlds... Except it doesn't give him voice commands.
