Keep an eye on Termpro, as draft 2 of the rules are out.

I do feel for ECC though - Plans all out of the window :err: Its almost like we need to trade equipment....

I understand how they must feel, but then I do feel thats the risk you take, when you build an SPL vehicle, right up to the rules allowed... But then, it's great to see chaps doing what they do, loud basdids ;)

1. Street A – 1-12, 2-10’s, 3-8’s / Maximum of 1 amp – Maximum of 2 Conductors total from amp to woofer(s)

• No Walls
• SVC or DVC woofers only. (A maximum of 4 electrical conductors may be connected to each woofer.)
• Battery physical size limits
• Maximum voltage limits – 14 VDC car off – Tested in the lane
• Cosmetic modifications ARE allowed behind the rearmost seat. (Custom installs, replace carpet, replace panels, etc.,)
• First and Second row seats may not be removed. All others may be removed.

There probably won't be any power cap. Just electrical system limitations.

So you could run a DVC or 2 DVC subs in Street A providing it's wired so your only using one pair of outputs from the amp?

Can you add a second battery split charged in the boot?

We dot know the battery rules yet.

I think Street A will be standard battery position only.

Ok cheers

Am I right about the DVC's?

Technically yes but the way the rules are written there must only be one pair on conductors leaving the sub to the amp.

But in all honesty you are right.
