Off to Cosford Air Show on the bike in a bit... Going in the car is out of the question cuz of parking... So how do I carry this:-

I was personally gonna go for a backpack with the chair sticking out the top of it, and bungee-strap the whole thing on to meself

Open to any suggestions tho!

Quick answer needed :)

Definately NOT as a backpack on yourself! Bungee it as best you can to the back of the bike, although it may be a touch wide/interesting when you're filtering. If it's on your back, should the worst happen, well...exactly...dim good.

Thaks for the quick replies gents

Its only about 4 miles away, so taking it very easy, not filtering and all that isn't a problem :)

Do they not fold down to a tubular sort of shape?

Open the chair up, duct tape it to the bike, lay back and crooooooooz. :smokin:

I can't think of anything sensible Rich, but the bike is nice :) :D

Yeah the chair collapses into a long tube-like shape

buy some aviator sunglasses, don a green jacket.. walk past security with the bike like you own the place...

watch air show sat on bike :D

Or buy a smaller chair... one of them little 3 legged fold out things.. they'd go in a rucksack no prob :)

Well I just got home from a 14 hour shift at Cosford, thanks to having to work on the air day. Load of crap, terrible as usual, cars queuing for hours to get in and out...

Hope you stayed at home.

Thought it was a cracking day... Fudge paying to get in tho, its all about nipping down to the field next to that garden center, parking the bike on pavement and watching it for free like a tight basdid... Attatching the chair went OK too, jobs a goodun

Red Arrows were immense, but the Typhoon seriously made the ground shake :wow:

Just got home, passed a biker going the other way with what looked like flat packed furniture strapped to his back.

Very tricky technical issue which required a lot of hard manly work to sort out, and involved no embarassment at all
