My front doors flex a fair bit still with dymant extreme was thinking of bolting in a a 1 inch by 1 inch steel bar into the door but is this aloud in db drag rules

if it's the top of the doors (around the glass) wind the windows down and give the top of the door frame a bit of a tweak inwards... done it on lots of cars where the doors dont seal very well.. be gentle though. dont want to bend it too much!

Its more the middle belly of the door outer skin that is flexing that i was trying to stop.Can't use timber strus either no

I'll try the catches but not going bending the door on a daily drive car

any modifcation to the door like that is bracing it would put you in extreme if you want to stay in street you can only apply sound deadning to the doors

Yes you can.

It IS within the DB drag rules.

It just simply changes your class you compete in.

Are you bothered about what class you compete in or do you just want to listen to your system without the doors resonating?

If you want to stay in the Superstreet class, you can ONLY have sound deadening UPTO 4mm thick, no more n the front doors.

Anything more tham 4mm sound deadening puts you in extreme.
