We have a system in place where by any spam emails are diverted to the administrator. Some Of these emails are genuine so we forward them on from the administrator account! Now some people dont look at who they've recieved the email from, and click 'reply to' and ofcourse the email comes straight back to the administrator even though they were meant to send it externally!

Any ideas on how to combat this? I.e Automated Response or Forwarding on somehow?
