I got an x reg pug 306 with some vibe sa60's in the front doors. I have put some dynamat xtreme to the outer skin but still vibrates badly! any suggestions would be appreciated.

add more deadening to the inner skin and the back of the door card. you will also need to tape/or fix in place any loose mechanism on the door itself like window mechanisms or wing mirror cables etc but make sure you dont impeed their correct operation

it may be the edge of the trim vibrating agains the door skin. i had this and no amount of deadening will sort it. u used some P-foam extrusion draught excluder from B&Q and stuck it all round the edge of the door cards so it sadwiched in between the cart and the door skin.

I deadened the doors in my phase3 306 (thread is in this forum) - inner skin, outer skin and door card. It's stopped all rattles - i think most of the rattles came from the door card itself, and as bass_junkie says, from the door card vibrating against the door skin.

That did the trick for me, 2/3 layers of SS Damp Pro on the inner/outer(s) skin ...

No rattles present :)
