REDLINE RUMBLE.

HI EVERYONE.

WE NOW HAVE THE NEXT E.M.M.A. U.K. EVENT IN PLACE.

THE VENUE IS SANTAPOD RACEWAY THE SHOW IS REDLINE RUMBLE.

This will be a two day event to be held over the weekend of Saturday 13th / Sunday 14th of may entries are invited via the E.M.M.A. U.K. website.

There will be plenty to see & do over the weekend I.E. club stands trade stands & run what you brung {prices vary for track time} this is a great event & a good fun weekend so hopefully we will see you all there.

big k is working on a price for entry to the comp and the pod combined. We will post as soon as confirmed

No you do not have to be a member, there is no such thing with emma.

Rulebook & CD might help though! These are available from our president for a small charge.

You can have a free sticker if you wish :wow:

Cant see why not Chris, might be a little lacking in some areas of the score sheet but I cant see there being a rule stating you "must" have a sub.

There is no reason what so ever to stop you entering with just a front end but obviously you will loose points on tonal accuracy & spectral balance ect. due to lack of bass.

Thing is at the end of the day mate as long as you have enjoyed the day out or the weekend away & you have had a fair & helpful assessment carried out on your car audio system its cool & can only help for the next time you compete weather it be with E.M.M.A. / IASCA. or any other S.Q. competition.

If you take home a trophy its a bonus if you dont its not the end of the world & you will know what to work on to improve your system in this case we already know.
{sub/subs are normally a good thing LOL}

so if you want to just go for it mate.

Just a thought but as E.M.M.A. is still a fairly new competition format in the U.K. for anyone that doesn’t already have them there are still COMPETITOR MANUEL’S & E.M.M.A. C.D.s available.

The price for these is £19.95 this includes postage.

They are well worth having as they provide a detailed breakdown on how you car will be judged with illustrations for stage height width & depth that correspond with certain track’s on the C.D. they are very informative & easy to understand.

The C.D. is good because of how it has been recorded. some hi quality recording’s & some recording’s are deliberately recorded at lower quality this is to make it easier to pick things out
& as I explained before the Competitor manuel help’s you to understand the reasoning as to how & why the C.D. is recorded this way.
