why not have it like 7-9.30?
a) more people are USUALLY available in the evening (pagey, youve just proven this)
as said, its going to concentrate the amount of people there at one given time
c) more enjoyment can be had if it doesnt unneccesserily drag on and on.

Just to clear the meeting time thing up we did say 6:30 till 9:30 at first partly due to clash with any other meets maybe going on at redbeck and so I could make it ,wouldn't have been good me not making it when I set the ball rolling and saying lets have a meet then not showing up but wayne and dave will be there with lab and the chaps made a good point that not everybody will want to stop out late - family commitments etc plus with it being winter and getting dark early on at this time of year if on late ie original time posted you wont get to see much and change or sort much on yours systems to get better score etc ;-) so by doing a longer open meet it makes it easy for all to come along at some point in the day and get tested weather you work saturdays or have to be home early evening for saturday night plans :-) .the old post office meetings had good numbers of people turn up for 2 or 3 hours of playing out time and fingers crossed the redbeck meet works but like I said before its the first one and we will have to see how it goes and make changes for the next ie times or the day possibley to improve things things ? But with everyone's support and commitment I sure we can make this a great opportunity for all to come along ,learn ,improve, have a laugh ,get your systems tested ,and enjoy our hobbie without having to worrie about what other people think about us making all that racket lol . Unfortunately the car park is not very well lit so would be nice to do most testing while it still light, but as mentioned before quite a few people work till 5pm which is why we have stated such a wide time scale. I would expect people to start arriving around 3pm anyhow.
