Went to EMMA do @ CAS today and heard Lee Thomas' newest install.

Astra van - kind of the antithesis of Iceman's one. (really crap model name pun intended)

Two Thesis (see what I did there?) to run two Morel Ultimos and Morel Elate Ltd eds three ways on active Audiowaves and a fabby build.

Bloody awesome - in your face delicious. Fast and wonderfully dynamic with incredible detail retrieval and rise time like the punch of that shrimp that hits things.

Played a bit of Gracelend and I heard stuff I had no idea was on the disc. Only been out forever and been used in reviews before.:shake:

Lovely bloke with mad bonkers grade golden ears. Check him out if you can guys, he is a scary guy. Dare I say it, better than the Turners cars.

Many grands worth more costly speakers (but I could be wrong as I have gone on record as saying the Pioneer ODR drivers are a thousand quid a set as they are subsidised!)

Like Bugatti Veyrons!!!:clown:

Boring to look at except that bed of amps and his A pillars and I didn't snap it- I have HUGE mad feature plans for that boy involving Air Studios' tech boss and a career-goal hifi crossover-piece!

Rayner fails:o:cry:

Hopefully it'll be around at T17 :smokin:
"/achieve" - step back, think, then explain what you're trying to achieve, not how you think you need to achieve it. If you're asking for help, you already know that someone knows better than you - so let them help you and tell you the best solution to your problem, rather than the best way to achieve your (probably suboptimal) solution

I listened to the Van, a few months back, when it was running in very early stages, literally, but even then it was a stunning listening experience.

Im looking forward to catching up with Lee and enjoying another one of his installs...

When I remove my current install, and change cars, Im booking him in to do both installs :D

Top guy, and actually a pleasure to do business with :)

Hardly surprised at that, I reckon he's a top bloke. We need to clone him and set one up in each territory of the UK......

absolutely stunning sound in this van. spent a good 30-40 mins listening to all sorts, from Hayley Westenra (sp?) to Metallica to Pink Floyd and some form of dance music. plays each and every genre perfectly and such depth to the songs its incredible. Everyone must listen to this car as soon as possible, its perfection.
